Profile
Matthew Langley is a graduate student in systems biology at Caltech. He previously served as a Co-Director of the Caltech Project for Effective Teaching (CPET) from 2020-2022. He was also a teaching assistant for Bi 8 (Intro to Molecular Biology) and E 110 (Principles of University Teaching and Learning in STEM). Before coming to Caltech, Matthew received his bachelor's and master's degrees in biomedical engineering from the University of Toronto in his home country of Canada. Over the summer at CTLO, Matthew will be helping with updating TA training materials, advising CPET, and assisting with preparations for the Fall Teaching Conference. He is excited to be back at CTLO and to be building more experience toward future roles at the intersection of education, the environment, and community engagement.
