CPET Discussion: Supporting First Generation College Students
We invite all interested graduate students and postdocs to join us next Monday, October 16th at 3-4pm in the CTLO Workshop Space for an in-person discussion group on the topic of how to support first generation students.
In this discussion group we will examine the ‘Megan' case from A Casebook for Inclusive Teaching. This case outlines some of the potential struggles faced by first generation college students and asks us to think about some of the strategies and best practices that we can apply to support them!
